Terms of Use & End User Licence Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application TheUp, our related website and APIs (together, the "Services"), provided by 7Stockapp OÜ (registry code 16976938), Lahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms also include and replace our previous End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"), which now forms an integral part of this document (see Section 7 — Software Licence). By downloading, accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms are intended as a general template and do not constitute legal advice. Please consult your legal advisor to ensure these Terms are appropriate for your situation.

5. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

The Services use third-party AI providers such as OpenAI and Google to generate content and suggestions based on your inputs and history. AI-generated outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design elements, logos, text, graphics and other content (excluding your own content), are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

7. Software Licence (EULA)

This Section sets out the licence under which we provide the TheUp mobile application and any updates, enhancements or supplements (the "Software") and replaces our previous standalone End User Licence Agreement.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms and any applicable App Store terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to:
